Description
Here is my poor baby
I haven't physically seen her yet as in storage so not 100% sure what is salvagable but that is for you to decide
Best bits is it has Ohlins Rear shock which I have been offered between 130-150 for but after my injuries I really would prefer not to strip it down
Would prefer it go as a whole, there probably plenty of little bits to salvage
I'm not 100% sure on damage, possible main casing cracked, been told front forks bent, but not sure as bike didn't hit anything
It ran off the road ran down the side of a wooden fence, off the pavement then fell over and slid the rest of the remaining 800ft on the right hand side hence heavily damaged to that side
So not sure what other damage is there. Brake calipers look to be ok, it just had a brand new sprag clutch and speedo cable they could be salvageable possibly, the speedo sensor was £90 on its own and sprag clutch was £199, plus i replaced sprag clutch housing as that cracked that was £50 for a good second hand one all the way from Italy, so in drubs and drags there is money to be made if you have the time to do it all
Back end looks twisted, but carbs and all will still be good there's probably a good £100.or so
The bits owe me a minimum of £150 as that was bloody recovery fee's, which I owe my kind boss as he lent me money to get it out
I've done plenty of searching and I know what bits that are usable can make money, if you broke it down you'd make back easily what I am asking for the whole bike to be fair, I ain't stupid
You will need to arrange a day suited to myself and the person who the bike is with, unless I get them to leave it out the back
Bike has two keys, and V5 I will require you to fill and sign V5 as been caught out with a bike in the past, some idiot had it scrapped it never filled in paper work correctly and DVLA was trying to fine me over £2000
I can't help load the bike as have injured shoulder, also the bike does not roll freely as it is stuck in gear and can't get it out so will need to be dragged, any questions ask
