Hi my names patric im a nurse working at ARI. Im looking for a decent flatmate. I dont own the flat. there is a double room to rent, the flat is in the city centre next to Aberdeen college. Close walk to everywhere. The cost £350 per month not including bills which we split. All In cost is roughly about £400 each a month.
