Lovely early learning centre dolls house with complete set of furniture a and 6 figures (no baby). House alone (without furniture) retails new at £100 so this is a bargain. Very similar house can still be seen on ELC and Mothercare websites. Lovely detailed item. Just didn't suit my daughter's play style. Some little girl (or boy) will love this, though.
