Landscape Labourer in North/West London

We are currently looking for Landscaper Labourers in the North/West London area , if this is the job for you see job description below.

The successful candidate should have a methodical and conscientious approach. Reporting directly to the site foreman this is an important position within the company with excellent prospects for long term development and progression. . You will be responsible for completing landscape installation projects of high quality and in an efficient manner under that authority.

Essential Functions:

• Perform highly physical installation work on a consistent basis.
• Read detailed construction plans.
• Five years proven experience of hard landscaping
• Liaise with garden designers and clients.
• Work as part of a team and alone.
• Communicate and coordinate with the Director.
• Follow best practices of installation and company standards.
• Proper use of all tools, equipment and machinery. Onsite training will be provided by Folium Associates followed by the completion of a competence form.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun & fast paced environment.
• Good time management skills; be available for seasonal long hours & weekends.
• Highly motivated and self driven.
• Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Polite and courteous.
• Clean driving license.
