Double room with extra private living room. Alot of space. Large back garden also.
Very close to bus routes/ amenities (council, gym, library, shops etc).
20 min cycle to center. Bills will vary depending if you are working/ a couple etc. Students will get a discount on the council tax so it will be £20 a month. Currently the internet is £25 in total for the house per month but i am looking for a better deal as my contract has ended. This cost of this will be divided, so will either be around £8 each for a couple or £12.5 each for single person.
Gas and Electric depends on usage but is higher in winter because of heating
