Hi,
I am looking for a property to rent ASAP in and around the Tunbridge Wells area. I am a professional who works as a software developer. I will consider long or short rentals. My limit on price is £750 pcm. I can provide references etc but I am looking for somewhere that does not require more than £500 deposit. I also want to avoid a house share as I work very hard.
