Vibaration plate new still as wrappin on cost 300 when bought and was a sellout very hard to get hold of this machine bought it with good intentions never got round to using it and is now an orniment in my bedroom when used on a ten min cycle daily it is the same as a full gym workout if your after droppin dress size use twice ten min s3ssions a day for 4 wks to drop one dress size very powerful machine very heavy so would need two to pick up thanks for lookin
