This is a beautiful Vintage cookie jar / biscuit barrel from famous Irish firm Belleek.
It is decorated with the classic shamrock design in the Basket Weave pattern.
It measures about 6" tall and about 5 1/2" wide. It has the 6th mark, issued 1965-1980.
The piece is in great condition, with no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs.
This piece would make a great planter / Plant Pot Holder.
