That accepts dss it will be myself and my 2 children who are very good and quiet that would be living in the property.
I have deposit and first months rent in advance and am reliable honest trustworthy no rent arrears no late payments I have got current landlord references I can provide on request.
I am happy to pay top up I am looking for I'm a very good tenant and clean and tidy like to keep my self to my self
