Hello i have a one bed beautiful modern flat in Brechin lovely town great neighbours I'm looking to swap for a two bedroom flat Anywhere in Angus except Montrose or Arbroath hopefully ground floor as I have fibromyalgia and I'm finding it very difficult to handle the stairs and need the space also must except dogs as I have a staffy so a garden would be nice but not necessary.
