I work Mon-Fri, I don't smoke and I have no pets. I have a double room to rent in my two bedroom flat and I will be a live in landlady. I work long hours through the week and generally socialise and the weekends. The flat is spacious and a newish build in a quiet street just off Easter Road. It's a 20 minute walk to waverly and close to all bus routes throughout the city. There's a Sainsburys and Tescos near by and lots of great restraunts and bars. I'm pretty tidy, but not OCD with cleaning. I like a good night out, but also like some quiet time too. Happy to discuss short term lease if suits and open to allowing pets if trained. Max 6 months tenancy to see how things go. Sky and Wifi installed. Rent includes all bills/factoring etc. Nicely kept close with lovely garden area to the back with grass and benches.
