Successful candidates will be:

Main Duties Include:-
Providing personal care, including assisting to and out of bed, personal hygiene washing, shower, bathing, dressing, toileting, medication management and incontinence care
Domestic support duties including shopping, laundry, cleaning, food preparation and nutrition care
Respite care, waking and sleeping nights, companionship, and palliative care and assisting service users to access the community (outings/social activities)
To comply with the Care Worker Code of Conduct and our policies and procedures
Carry out all designated tasks in accordance to the Service Users Care Plan.
