The Falcon oven range is incredibly versatile – the solid top can accommodate many more pots and pans than standard open top models, whilst the large oven is compatible with large gastronorm pans over five oven shelf positions. The robust stainless steel construction is simple to clean and fits in with other commercial kitchen appliances.
