I am looking to swop my 2 bedroom 2nd floor flat in North Edinburgh for a large 1 bedroom with box room ground floor flat or a 2 bedroom ground floor flat, all areas considered in Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

Only moving as following an operation on his spine my husband finds the stairs to my flat difficult

My flat is in Royston Mains EH5 and has a large bright south facing living room, 2 double bedrooms (1 a large corner room), separate kitchen and bathroom with electric shower over bath. It is double glazed with gas central heating

Neutral carpets in all rooms except bathroom and kitchen which have wood effect vinyl, neutrally decorated

Council tax band A with unrestricted on street parking.

I am with Edinburgh council, prefer to stay with council, will consider housing association
