Large, bright south facing furnished double bedroom (in a two bedroom flat) for rent to a day worker. Flat to be shared with the homeowner. I mostly work from home and need a professional or graduate student who is out during days.
FANTASTIC LOCATION! Located in EC1 on a quiet side street. Dozens of bus and tube routes within 5-15 minutes walk including Angel, Kings Cross and Farringdon. Many parks, River Thames, Regents Canal very close.
There is use of the front room which is next to the rental room and kitchen at one end of the flat. It is like a mini flat of its own. My room is at the other end of the flat.
Smoking is OK in bedrooms only. Flat is shared with one old sleepy retired shy rescue cat that keeps to herself in my room.
