Vintage Pine 'Kist' or Blanket Box
A large vintage pine 'kist' or Scottish blanket box. This lovely kist or blanket box has been beautifully made with dove-tail joints, though does show signs of age.
There is a lock to the chest, though the key is missing. The kist has been stripped, lightly sanded, treated for wood worm and then finished with bees wax. A great storage chest, ideal for a guest bedroom or children's play room.
