Description
Looking to rent in or near the Rosyth area looking for a 1 bed possibly 2 but won't pay over £420 that's my absolute max preferably looking for slightly cheaper if possible.
I've been in full time employment with Fife Council for five years now.
Good reliable tenant been renting for four years privately and have a reference from my current landlord.
Will look after the property and maintain it well, I do however have a small house cat which I've had for three years she's well trained and had no problems with her. Willing to add a clause into my lease to cover any damage she may cause.
