Hi there!
My name is Charlie Piper, I'm a 22-year old self-employed Circus Performer and Teacher with a part-time job on the side. I am URGENTLY looking for a double room with floor space and access to storage to house myself in for the next year while I save up for a Circus Degree. My budget is about £550 all in, or £400pcm rent with bills on top. I can pay rent in advance if needed, and have references.
I'm a clean, conscientious and respectful tenant, I do my dishes as I make them an prefer to keep a place tidy and functional. I'm not much of a party animal, at least not in my own flat, I have no pets and although I do smoke I am happy to take that outside. I'm often busy, and although I may be coming and going I will often be out of the flat working or training.
As my training centre is in Leith, I'd be ideally looking to live either there, or around there (Meadowbank, The Shore, Portobello) but will consider Newignton also.
I'm available to move in immediately, and would be greatly appreciative if you could get in touch if you have a room.
