Large Two bed maisonette in Kincorth area of Aberdeen, shops,doctors and local amenities right on the doorstep as well as local bus service into city center (approximately 10 minuets on bus). The flat consists of a large living room and kitchen with plenty of cupboards and work space. Upstairs there is two large double bedrooms with plenty of space. The flat has recently been decorated to a high standard and is in excellent condition.

I am looking to move closer to family and would like to exchange for a 2 or 3 bed-roomed house, bungalow or maisonette with a back garden to the following; Stirling, Glasgow or surrounding areas. Will consider a 3 way swap
