We are a family ran student letting business, who only rent out rooms in flats which we own and manage ourselves. Our apartments are all located in the south area of Edinburgh, so are particularly good for students studying at both the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary Campus and Kings Buildings Campus. The apartments are also on major bus routes to get into the city centre or Queen Margaret University, and the apartments all benefit from free parking, and a secure pedal bike storage.
The apartments comprise of 3, 4 or 5 double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and additional hall storage, with gas central heating and double glazing throughout. All rooms will come fully furnished with built in wardrobe, as well as dressing drawers and bedside tables, large computer desks and lamps, leather computer chair, and separate relax chair, all bedding, and locks on the bedroom doors for security and privacy. The furniture is mostly from IKEA, so is high quality. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in all the flats.
The apartments have all just been extensively renovated with all rooms painted and new carpets and curtains fitted, and a complete new bathroom and new kitchen have also been fitted.
Our apartments comply with the Edinburgh Council HMO standard and we are registered Landlords with the Council. (Please ensure your landlord is the same where ever you stay for your own safety). Smoke detectors and fire doors are fitted as standard, so no smoking is permitted in the apartments.
