A nice double room in Edinburgh central area close to meadows and George square of Edinburgh University is available to rent from 15th June to 31st of July 2016.

This is a two bedroom flat with a big kitchen/dinning/sitting room, toilet and separate shower room, and big entrance hall. You will be sharing with one nice female student. It has gas cnetral heating system which also provides instant hot water. It is fully furbushed with all necessary cooking facilties such as cooker, gas hob, washing machine etc

I am looking for either a single or couple to take the contract to 31st July.

The rent is 425 pounds per month but I am willing to drop it to 400 pounds per month for the short notice. The internet fee is 8 pounds per month and bill for gas and electricity is based upon the meter readings and real bill from the energy suppliers.
