Our flat is located around 10-15 mins walk from Princes Street just off Easter Road and near all major bus routes for easy transport anywhere in the city.
We are offering a colourful double bedroom with good storage and a large mirror plus use of the kitchen/living room and bathroom.
We are a couple who work from home and want to share our flat with someone friendly, although we also respect personal space! Looking ideally for someone working during the festival needing a home from home to relax in, this is not a party flat :)
Vegetarians and vegans only please – unless you are neither but are happy not to consume or keep meat in the flat!
