We're a group of friends who have moved together from our previous house a couple of weeks ago. We have all lived together for a few years, are social and look out for each other. Its a mix of young professionals and artists, house average age is 25. We're looking for somebody who thinks they would fit in with us as it is sadly time for me to move on.
The room is a good size double on the ground floor, the window looks out at the back garden side of the house. The house is a 5 bed mid-terrace with a good sized living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and nice back garden. The rent is £550 pcm which includes ALL bills (council tax, gas & electric, water and internet) which we all pay into one single house account each month. Please be aware this is smoking house.
The house is 3 minutes walk away from seven sisters underground station and south Tottenham overground station. We are just off the main road which has lots of bus routes heading south through Hackney and towards the city.
Room available from early July (but I need to be out by July 14th at the latest).
