Dynamic Estate agency looking for a ‘Lettings Negotiator’. This is a great opportunity for a hardworking and dedicated candidate to grow within the company.

Responsibilities will include:

• Handling calls and email inquiries
• Calling generated leads
• Managing applicants on database
• Placing ads
• Booking viewings
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating deals between tenant and landlord

Skills Required:

• Lettings experience preferred but not essential
• Punctual
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Hardworking
• Trustworthy
• Quick Learner
• Clean Drivers Licence

Package Offered:

• OTE of 25K in the first year
• A) 12K Basic + Commission + Bonuses + Company Car

The candidate will get full on the job and of the job training in sales, the IT systems and lettings. As we are a young company so there is great opportunity to grow with the company and be a star player.

Full Time Position – 5 days per week (alternate Saturdays) (6 days for the first month)

Experience preferred but not essential.
