Position: Senior Care Assistant - Guaranteed Hours

Location: Brackley

Salary Range: Up to 8.90 per hour

Hours of work: Full time / Alternating weekends with mixed early and lates during the week



Overview:

As a Senior Home Care Assistant you would provide an excellent service to clients to enable them to lead as independent a lifestyle as possible while staying in their own homes. This role is perfect if you are currently a care assistant looking for progression or looking for more stable hours. You would have a fixed, reliable contract, helping to give you a work-life balance, whilst still enjoying the role you do.

In addition to your traditional care role, this position could also include working with management to ensure the smooth running of the Home Care department, dependent upon shift requirements and candidate experience.

Job Requirements:

* Care assistants and Senior Care Assistants will be required to assist with all aspects of personal care involving: Toileting, Hair Care, Nail Care, Washing and Dressing.
* Care assistants and Senior Care Assistants may have to assist with medication as required. (Training is provided)
* Care assistants and Senior Care Assistants will be required to assist with meal preparation and feeding as required.

Skills / Qualifications Required:

* Candidates should hold a full UK drivers licence and have access to their own vehicle / moped.
