Experienced Machinist Required Part-Time

I run a small pet clothing manufacturing business and am now working to capacity. I need someone to help me with some of the sewing. This could be done from your own home (so long as your work area is in a smoke and pet free area).
You must be a quick and accurate machinist. Initially you would need a sit in session with me to go through the tasks and you should be a quick learner as I will not have the time available to offer long on-going training sessions. You will need your own reliable sewing machine, either domestic or industrial and should ideally live in Uddingston or Bellshill areas to make drop off and collection of work easier and quicker.
I am looking for someone who can work a minimum of 10 hours per week but this could increase to 20 or 30 hours at the busier times. Ideally I am looking for someone to help me grow the business who could increase their hours over time.
The job is on a freelance temporary basis initially to see how you get on with the work. However longer term I would like a reliable, accurate sewer I could take on permanently and who could also help with other garment production tasks. I am not looking for a short-term person so if you are only needing work for a few weeks please don't apply.
Initial piecework rates are between £7 to £8.50ish an hour depending on how quickly and accurately you can sew. Each garment is very simple to produce. This is a freelance job where you supply an invoice for work done. You are responsible for declaring/paying your own tax if applicable.
