I am renting this double rooms in a cosy flatshare located not fare to Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye station, on the road of Elephant and Castle/Queens road Peckham. (10min away by bus from Oval station)
The room is furnished with comfortable double beds, side table, wardrobes, chest of drawers, desk...
The place is really clean and tidy and own a kitchen which is fully equipped with microwave, oven, washing machine, fridge, cooker and all needed equipment.
The rent is £147.00pw + £20 bills per week for a single occupancy.
For couple £50.00 more monthly is required to cover extra bills.
The bills amount is including everything off course as internet wireless and cleaning services provided on weekly basis+ all classic bill council tax, electricity, gas, water...
Not any Admin or Agency fees. Only one month rent in advance and 4 months minimum stay contract are required.
