3 bed flat, only renting one other room though, flat is shared with me - working professional in finance industry. The flat has dishwasher , washing machine, electric fireplace, central heating, tv, all the usual kitchen appliances etc. rain shower/power shower, double door security, high speed wifi. Location is incredibly handy, 10 mins walk from princess street , lidl, tesco, 24 hour scotmid, boots , holland and barret, hairdressers, etc all on doorstep , george square/bristo square 2 minute walk. anything else just ask. pictures dont do it justice as taken with rubbish camera and when its too dark.
