2 bedroom (minimum) unfurnished property wanted to let in scone area. We are a young professional couple expecting first baby in November. We have a well behaved dog and are good tenants, always keeping properties tidy, well maintained and leaving them in excellent condition. Ideally looking for small house or ground floor flat with enclosed garden. Budget around £600 pcm.
