Hi there, my name is Jenny and I live in a modern house at the top of Gloucester Road with a large garden (and fire pit) and excellent facilities (dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, huge fridge, jacuzzi bath, underfloor heating) with 2 lovely housemates (male and female, both 27 and full-time employed). I need to move out before the end of tenancy because I'm buying a house and I need someone to replace my tenancy ASAP. Happy to split the ocean estate agent fee of £300. There is a possibility that anyone taking on my tenancy could continue to live here beyond September when the other two rooms become available. Good size living area downstairs.
