After staying with us for over 3 years our housemate is moving out so we're looking to rent out his room in our quiet family house.
We are couple in our 30’s with a 2 year old and a very friendly cat.
The room is furnishes with a double bed. The house is in great location with Bristol-Bath cycle path just round the corner and M32 close by. There is cafe, pub, yoga studio and couple of shops within couple minutes walk and St. Mark road (with lot of restaurants, shops, bakery, chemist and train station) within 10 minutes walk.
The rent is £300 plus £85 bills (including WiFi) - £385 all included.
No couples or DSS -sorry
