We have a comfy spacious room for a short-term let. The room is available from the 15th of June until the 21st of July and is suitable for a student or young worker.
The rent per month is £320 with bills included (except for the council tax that will be shared among 3 people). No agency fees or deposit required.
The flat is situated to a 10 mins walk from Princess St. There are buses running day and night that take you to pretty much everywhere.
The area is also quite calmed and residential. There is a Tesco and Co-operative supermarket closed by.

-Spacious living room
-Recently renovated areas
-Washing machine
-Small kitchen

The room has a double bed, wardrobe and 2 tables with chairs, one of them can be used to study and the other just as a tea table. The room has a great view to the main street and has great natural illumination, with big vintage windows and a built-in fireplace on the rear side.

The flat is shared with 2 young guys, both working and very sociable. We look for someone who is tidy, quiet and willing to take care of our flat.
