We are two English sisters both professionals working in the West End Theatre. We have been renting in London for 7 years but the recent rent increases are 'killing' us financially. We will take very good care of your property, we are 28 & 31, do not have parties, pets and we don't smoke! We work late most days and therefore need to be within no more than 10 mins walk in zone 1 or 2 underground or bus links into central London.
We need a well maintained and clean one/two bed flat in a good location, furnished or unfurnished is okay.
We can provide excellent references and will be looking to stay long term if it suits and everyone is happy.
Our limit financially excluding bills is £1250 pcm we know this is 'low' but we are 100% reliable. Because we are in jobs where mobiles can not be on the contact number provided is our Dad's.
